New Client Policy:

We are accepting new clients/patients for house calls only, starting in November 2024. Please call us if you would like to schedule an initial visit with the doctor. A deposit of $100 is required for all new client/patient appointments. In-depth history (including review of previous medical records), physical examination, and two follow up emails are included in the initial consultation fee.

Cancellation Policy:

We value your time and ask that you respect ours by giving us advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet’s appointment with us. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will occur a cancellation fee of $100 (except in cases of an emergency).
